It was 1936. Felice was juggling between fiery stoves and enthusiastic customers: it is said he used gruff and irreverent tones to send clients away. But he always found a place for the neighborhood locals, for the street workers, for the residents of Testaccio, one of the most authentic yet impoverished areas of Rome.
His recipes originate from the land and tradition, passed down to this day thanks to the dedication of the Trivelloni family.
Later, the baton was handed to his son Franco, who, along with his family, refreshed the place by modernizing the space: a new look, but the same quality dishes.
Freshness and quality of ingredients, loyalty to traditional recipes, consistency, and dedication ensure a genuine and satisfying culinary experience.
